1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the aiptv application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

aiptv is a media player application that allows users to stream content from their own IPTV subscriptions. The App does not provide, host, or distribute any media content. Users must supply their own IPTV service credentials.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the IPTV subscriptions you use with the App
• You must ensure that your use of IPTV services complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• You must have legitimate subscriptions to the IPTV services you configure in the App
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials

4. Content Disclaimer

The App is a media player only. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for any content accessed through third-party IPTV services. All content is provided by and is the responsibility of the respective IPTV service providers.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of APPIT. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.

6. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any particular IPTV service will work with the App
• Content quality or availability from IPTV providers

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APPIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

• IPTV service providers (configured by the user)
• Apple iCloud (for data synchronization)
• VLCKit (for media playback)

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of these third-party services.

9. Account Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law principles.
