1. Introduction

APPIT ("we", "our", "us") operates the aiptv mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• IPTV subscription credentials (server URL, username, password) - stored locally on your device and synced via your private iCloud account
• Favorites and preferences - stored locally and synced via iCloud

Information we do NOT collect:

• We do not collect personal data on our servers
• We do not track your viewing habits
• We do not use analytics or tracking services
• We do not sell or share any data with third parties

3. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you are signed into iCloud, your data is synced across your devices using Apple's CloudKit service. This data is stored in your private iCloud container and is not accessible to us.

4. IPTV Credentials

Your IPTV subscription credentials are stored securely on your device. We do not have access to your credentials and they are never transmitted to our servers. The app connects directly from your device to your IPTV provider's servers.

5. Third-Party Services

The app connects to IPTV servers that you configure. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party IPTV service providers. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies separately.

The app uses Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) for data synchronization. Apple's privacy policy applies to this service.

6. Downloads

Downloaded content is stored locally on your device. Downloaded files are not uploaded to any server or shared with anyone.

7. Children's Privacy

Our app does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The content available through IPTV services is determined by the IPTV provider, not by us.

8. Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time by:

• Deleting individual subscriptions and favorites within the app
• Deleting the app from your device
• Removing app data from iCloud via Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
